How Can I Determine Which M500 Scanners Have an Active Alert for a Required Cleaning or Calibration?


Follow the Instructions Below:

Step 1:  Log into your VeriScan Cloud Account using the Azure login option.

Step 2:  In the menu on the left side of the screen, select History.

Step 3:  Click on the 3 dots on the upper right corner of the screen and select Configure Columns from the drop down menu. 

Step 4:  In the Configure Columns pop up screen, scroll down and select Visit Info - Device Name by clicking on the toggle switch. The toggle switch should now be blue. Next click on the blue Save button.

Step 5:  At the top of the screen, click the blue Filters button.

Step 6:  Click on the dates listed at the top of the page and select a beginning and end date. 

Step 7:  Find the Alerts field and click on the drop down menu. Select the Cleaning Required and Calbration Required alerts. 

Step 8:  Find the Location field and click on the drop down menu. Select your location. To access all of your locations, leave this field unfiltered.

Step 9:  Click the blue Apply button on the bottom right of your screen and a list of the alerts will appear below.

Step 10 (Optional):  If you would like an Excel CSV file of this information, click on the Export button and in the drop down menu, select Export as .csv (Excel)
