What Are Common Pop-up Messages in VeriScan?


VeriScan Pop-up Messages:

Rescan Required:

The rescan required pop-up message indicates that image scanned has poor image quality and needs to be rescanned.

Multi-scan:

The multi-scan pop-up message will alert you when an ID has been scanned more than once within a given timeframe.

Foreign ID:

The foreign ID pop-up message is triggered when the scanned ID is not issued in the United States.

Offline Scan:

The offline scan pop-up message will appear if the scan was performed while the device was disconnected from the internet.

Unsupported ID:

The unsupported ID pop-up message may appear if the scanned ID is not supported by the IDScan.net authentication engine.

Visit Frequency:

The visit frequency pop-up message is triggered when an ID has been scanned X amount of times within X number of days.

ID Expiration:

The ID expiration pop-up message will appear when the scanned ID is expired. An ID is considered expired at midnight the following day.

Calibration Required:

The calibration required pop-up message will appear when your E-Seek M500 ID scanner needs to be calibrated.
