How to Install an E-Seek M500 ID Scanner 

Installation:

  1. Connect the USB cable to the scanner.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable into the computer or a powered USB hub.
  3. Connect the power cord to the scanner.
  4. Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet.
  5. An LED and a beep will indicate the scanner is powered on.
  6. Add the scanner to VeriScan under Settings>Devices. This will require knowing the VeriScan Admin PIN.
