Installing & Updating VeriScan
Installer name:
VeriScanGA.exe (VeriScan Global Authentication)
List of available commands:
VeriScanGA
VeriScanGA offline
VeriScanGA uninstall
VeriScanGA view
Note: Add
& exit
to the end of each command to automatically close the command prompt window.
Updating from VeriScan Configurator Installation
- Open command prompt on a computer with internet access and navigate to the folder containing VeriScanGA.exe.
- Run the command
VeriScanGA offline
. - A folder named blobs will be added to the same directory.
- Copy the blobs folder and VeriScanGA.exe to the same directory on the destination PC.
- On the target PC, execute the command
VeriScanGA
. - VeriScan will download and install all necessary components.
Installing VeriScan on a New PC
- Open command prompt on a computer with internet access and navigate to the folder containing VeriScanGA.exe.
- Run the command
VeriScanGA offline
. - A folder named blobs will be added to the same directory.
- Copy the blobs folder and VeriScanGA.exe to the same directory on the destination PC.
- On the target PC, execute the command
VeriScanGA
. - VeriScan will download and install all necessary components.
Updating VeriScan After Installation
Method 1 (online)
- On the target PC, run the command
VeriScanGA
. - VeriScan will download and install all available updates.
Method 2 (offline)
- Open command prompt on a computer with internet access and navigate to the folder containing VeriScanGA.exe.
- Run the command
VeriScanGA offline
. - A folder named blobs will be added to the same directory.
- Copy the blobs folder to the destination PC and ensure VeriScanGA.exe is in the same directory.
- On the target PC, execute the command
VeriScanGA
. - VeriScan will download and install all available updates.
Uninstalling VeriScan
- On the target PC, run the command
VeriScanGA uninstall
. - VeriScan will uninstall.
Note: Regula components will need to be uninstalled separately.
